What I'd like to know is what would make this site more user-friendly for you? Some things I am considering include:
- A "Print This Recipe" option to print a pre-formatted, pictureless recipe
- Nutritional Information for recipes
- Better organized categories
I would really love some input though. Please share your thoughts and I'll take everything into consideration.
Hopefully by Monday I'll be posting from my new home.

I look forward to seeing your new site! I just love your recipes.
It might be helpful if there were more general categories, in addition to how you currently have recipes labeled. For instance, if you had a chicken category, a beef category, a ham category, then users could click there to find something which uses the meat they currently have on hand with out having to scroll through all the recipes. Oh, a main dish category might be helpful too.
Best of luck with the new site!
I like all 3 things you suggested. The print recipe and nutritional value is what I really look for when trying to make a recipe. I can't wait to see what you come up with. Good Luck. Have a great weekend.
I agree with Rachel. Also, nutritional info is definitely nice, but sometimes it seems a little bit of a hassle to calculate everything.. so I wouldn't complain about not having that. A "Print" option isn't that big a deal to me personally, either, because I copy any recipe I like into MS Works and save for later. :)
I can't wait to see the new site! Are you planning to still use Blogger? I'd recommend Wordpress. Love it! :)
oh fun, a new home! I would love to see nutritional info :)
I would love to see nutritional info also! I'm always on a "diet" and write down how many calories and fat grams I eat in a day. So far, I love everything you've done! Thank you for all the great recipes!
I was thinking general categories too would be helpful. Sweets, breakfast, mixes, breads, etc.
Otherwise, I love what you are doing. Your site is very user friendly and your recipes are excellent!

I have been reading your blogs for a few months now and love it. I think the print option would be a great idea. Easier for me to print off more of your delicious recipes.
First let me say that I love your blog and I get excited everytime reader tells me there is a new post! Thank you! General categories would probably be helpful, but I would find the print option the most helpful. After I try your recipes and find they are a keeper, I like to print it and add it to my binder, but they don't print well currently. I an't wait to see the new site!
i love your blog. I sugget you do the print this recipe option. That's very useful. Maybe include serving size and prep time (estimated, of course).
definately a print this recipe option. Don't ever leave off all the pictures! I love that about your blog. You cook real, normal food with real, normal ingredients but it looks so good!! your site rocks. :)
I like the idea of being able to print right from you sight.
BTW, I made the chocolate chip coffee cake Wednesday...the kids are asking when I am going to make it again
Keep the great recipes coming : )
Nutritional Information would be fantastic!

Boy! I walk away from the computer for a few days and find lots of goodies here!!
OOOOO!!! I can't wait to see the new site! :)
I like the printable recipe feature idea!
I would love a print option, I have some of your recipes scribbled on a notepad, but i would love to be able to easily print them to add to my recipe binder. Nutritional info would be appreciated too - saves me from having to analize it on calorie counter. I love your recipes and your cooking philosophy, keep up the good work !
Hi, I just discovered your blog a couple of weeks ago and really enjoy it. I live in France, where the food is quite different, so your blog gives me a "taste" of home! The only thing that is a slight problem appearance-wise is that sometimes your page doesn't get dark enough to read; it's like it is really faded. I don't know why. Maybe it's my iMac?

a print option would be wonderful!
